Return Policy
Weterbo accepts returns and refunds for eligible products. We want customers to feel confident when shopping with us, and we aim to handle return requests fairly and clearly.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at legal@weterbo.com before sending the item back. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return. We may request photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by shipping issues.
Items must be returned in a condition suitable for inspection. Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, returned items should be unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging when possible. Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, missing parts, or improper packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as an incorrect item, defective item, or confirmed shipping damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Weterbo is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method when possible. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product issue. Expedited shipping fees are generally not refundable once the service has been used.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at legal@weterbo.com with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Please do not discard the packaging before contacting us, as it may be needed for review.
Returns sent without contacting us first may result in delays, inability to match the return to your order, or refusal of the return. To ensure smooth processing, please always email us before returning any item.
