Weterbo provides shipping options designed to be clear and convenient for customers.

Shipping fees are based on the total order amount and the shipping method selected at checkout.
After you place an order, we will process your order details, confirm payment, prepare the item, and arrange shipment. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, holidays, and fulfillment conditions. If there is any issue with your order, we may contact you through the email address provided at checkout.
Processing time is approximately 1–3 business days,Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system. Tracking information may not update immediately after the shipping label is created.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Weterbo is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at legal@weterbo.com. We will try to help if the order has not yet been shipped.

While we work to ship orders in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package is in the carrier’s possession.
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front door, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors, or local carrier office. You may also contact the carrier for delivery details. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at legal@weterbo.com and we will assist where possible.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
