Internal Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation.Business days exclude weekends and official holidays.

Average Shipping Transit Time

After dispatching your package, the average transit time is 10-20 business days to most countries.Delivery duration will be slightly changed depending on local customs clearance and regional logistics conditions.

After you place an order, we will process your order details, confirm payment, prepare the item, and arrange shipment. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, holidays, and fulfillment conditions. If there is any issue with your order, we may contact you through the email address provided at checkout.

All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working business days from the date of successful order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). This is our fixed handling period.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front door, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors, or local carrier office. You may also contact the carrier for delivery details. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at legal@weterbo.com and we will assist where possible.
